Why we built it
We’re a two-person shop. I come from emergency medicine, rapid prototyping, and pipeline NDT — work where a tool either holds up or it doesn’t. My wife is an honors biology student who cares about privacy and free speech. We got tired of Windows treating our PCs like someone else’s product. Telemetry we didn’t ask for. “Helpful” AI features we didn’t want. Settings that quietly turn themselves back on.
Aegis is what we run at home. Public sale opens when the installer package is ready — not before.
